Thea is a 26 years old photographer, eco-artist and art director born and raised in a small town by the sea South in Norway, called Kragerø. She has always been inspired and influenced by the contrasts of the serene Scandinavian light and the raw nature.

Her photography practice travels across fields such as fashion and lifestyle and the photography has a tactile approach and moody minimalist aesthetics. Her aim is to focus on the beauty in simplicity and the unexpected and strive to only work with brands that have a sustainable and ethical production and vision.

Thea´s fine art practice raises questions about ecological and climate issues and engages the viewer to explore the relationship between the human body and how it is affected by its surroundings.

In addition she works as a Contributing Editor at Å Journal, a biannual print publication that promotes life led by timeless and sustainable values that highlight high quality design rather than fleeting tendencies.

Although photography is the main practice, do not hesitate to reach out for other projects related to styling, casting and art direction as this is also part of Thea’s many tasks as a creative mind.
